Exciting News

Brenda’s Fitness is excited to announce that as of July 28, we will have a massage therapist on site Tuesdays and Thursdays. Many of you know Genevieve Cholette and have had the fortune to be treated by her already.

Genevieve graduated in 2010 from Everest College in Ottawa. Since then she has taken numerous courses to expand her knowledge on postural realignment, scar tissue treatment, deep tissue sports massage, and fascial release therapy. She has extensive experience with a range of conditions and clients, from athletes who participate in triathlons, road races, obstacle course races, and crossfit to pregnant mothers, PTSD patients, post-surgical joint replacement, and chronic pain conditions.
Genevieve enjoys running obstacle course races (such as Spartan races), doing Triathlons with the Ottawa Triathlon club, running half marathons, and playing soccer. Her passion is helping her clients become more educated in their condition and giving them the tools to become more independent when faced with chronic pain or injury.
