Brenda Banning is the face of Brenda’s Fitness, but she’s not like other personal trainers. Brenda believes in living a “well balanced” lifestyle, fresh air, exercise, clean eating and enjoying life. She’s no drill sergeant but she’s no pushover either! Running a training facility on her farm, Brenda is able to bring her lifestyle to fruition for herself and all of her clients.
Brenda has years of teaching and coaching experience where she has had the opportunity to train sports teams and individuals at different levels of fitness. She believes a personal approach to training is the basis for success, knowing her clientele well enables her to help each one achieve the results they desire. Nicole MacDonald is a 250 HR Canadian Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor who provides creative sequencing with a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help one deepen their practice. She seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing the body, mind and soul through yoga leaving her students feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
